Shipping policy

Currently, we offer free 2nd class UK delivery on all orders! 

We aim to dispatch order within 1-2 working days, if there is a delay you will be notified by email.

We are working on widening our shipping to more countries, but we currently only ship to the UK.

Once your order has left our studio, we estimate a 1-3 working day delivery time, in accordance with Royal Mail Second Class Postage. This can be longer due to Bank Holidays, Strikes etc.

 

Tracking is not provided for standard shipping, but there is an option to upgrade your order to first class tracked, which will provide you with a tracking number. The estimated time of delivery for this service is 1-2 days.

 

What do I do if I think my order hasn't arrived?

First of all, check the address on your order and any safe space you may have told delivery companies in the past. If it's going to the correct address, check to see if it has tracking. If you've done this and still think it might be lost, then please only get in touch 2 weeks after your order has been dispatched.
